Is STEVE for full time, part time, seasonal or just on-demand jobs?
Although on-demand jobs are STEVE’S focus, we seek to provide a variety of job opportunities ranging from on-demand, volunteer, internships to full time. STEVE is growing and adding more companies to the platform every day, which in turn provides a larger variety of jobs available.
Do employers or households need to register to use STEVE?
Yes, both parties are required to register. This helps with security.
Can I hire permanently through STEVE?
Absolutely. STEVE has no contracts, so if you find that perfect person you are free to hire them directly. Isn’t that swell.
What happens if someone I’ve hired through STEVE does an unacceptable job?
You have the ability to rate the service provider via the star rating at the end of the shift. You are able to provide feedback about the worker and your experience within the app. If you have a larger issue that needs attention, please contact support@stevefindsjobs.com.
Am I responsible for Health & Safety?
Yes. The Job Poster is responsible for the health and safety of Service Providers while they are at work. The Job Poster must provide all necessary safety equipment and all equipment should be safe to use. The Job Poster should outline any safety issues around the work area and give instruction on how to use all equipment. Be proactively involved in keeping the workplace safe!
Can I use STEVE’s technology with my existing workforce?
Hell yeah! Please email info@stevefindsjobs.com to arrange a time for one of our sales staff to make an appointment and talk you through the options.
